Septic Pump Warranty

One year warranty – Provided by manufacturers or sellers that covers repairs or replacement of the pump for a period of one year from the date of installation.

2. PRODUCT REGISTRATION
  • You must register your pump online at http://zoellerpumps.com within 72 hours of installation. This confirms ownership for warranty issues.
3. DURATION
  • The specific warranty period is one year from installation date.
4. REMEDY
  • If a part fails within the warranty period due to a defect in material, Sunshine Septic Service will, at its option, repair or replace pump.
  • If the pump fails within the warranty period due to normal pump conditions, the pump and only the pump itself alone, Sunshine Septic Service will, at its option, repair or replace pump.
5. EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover:

  • Shipping charges, labor, or other charges that occur due to product failure.
  • Material that has been disassembled without prior approval.
  • Damage from misuse, misapplication, neglect, alteration, accident, or an act of God.
  • Exposure to abrasive or corrosive substances like sand, gravel, cement, mud, tar, or hydrocarbons.
  • Plumbing: any plumbing done by another company, before or after Sunshine Septic Service.
6. CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSION
  • Abuse or misapplication of pump will void the warranty.
  • Other exclusions include damage from freezing, fire, vandalism, acts of God, power fluctuation, and unauthorized repairs.
  • You must contact Sunshine Septic Service to get authorization for repairs by another company or any individual. If authorization from Sunshine Septic Service is not provided and another company or individual provides any service of any kind to Sunshine Septic Service pump installation, warranty is immediately void.
7. HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
  • Contact Sunshine Septic Service with your pump registration number.
  • Sunshine Septic Service will confirm your registration.
  • If your pump has been registered, if your pump registration has been verified within 72 hrs. of installation.
  • Sunshine Septic Service will contact you to set up time and date for pump inspection.
8. REASONING WARRANTY VOID
  • Didn’t register pump.
  • Act of God – lightning.
  • Power fluctuation.
  • Unauthorized repair.
  • Installation has been disassembled and altered.
  • Disassembled without authorization.
  • If pump registration cannot be verified, warranty is void.
  • If home has been listed for sale.
  • Warranty is not transferable with sale of home.
